Special Terms for Timepieces

The general terms and conditions of Uniglo apply across all product categories, unless explicitly
stated otherwise in this section. The following terms are applicable specifically to timepieces
and will take precedence over any conflicting general provisions.

Scope of Product – Non-Diamond Timepieces

While Uniglo is primarily recognized for its fine diamond jewelry, our curated selection also includes timepieces crafted with the same attention to detail and quality. These timepieces may feature diamonds or be free of them, and customers may purchase them independently; there is no requirement to bundle with other jewelry items.

Delivery Conditions – Estimated Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines vary depending on the shipping destination and the specific product ordered. Any delivery estimates listed on the website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute binding commitments.

Uniglo will make every reasonable effort to fulfill and ship orders as swiftly as possible.

  • If the selected timepiece is available in inventory, customers can typically expect delivery within 5 to 7 business days.
  • For items not currently in stock, please allow a delivery timeframe of approximately 6 to 8 business weeks.
  • The countdown for delivery begins upon confirmation of full payment into Uniglo’s designated bank account.
Warranty Coverage

Unlike our diamond jewelry, which is backed by a 20-year commercial warranty, Uniglo timepieces are covered by the statutory minimum warranty of two (2) years.

This means any functional defects; whether latent or existing prior to delivery; will be repaired or replaced at no cost within that period.

  • If an issue arises within six (6) months of delivery, it is presumed to have existed at the time of purchase, unless proven otherwise.
  • If the defect appears after six (6) months, the customer must provide proof that the issue was present at the time of delivery.

Customers must report any such defects to Uniglo in writing within two (2) months of discovering the problem to remain eligible for warranty coverage.
