Transfer of Ownership

Despite delivery of the product, legal ownership of the purchased item will only transfer to the client once the full payment; including all associated costs, taxes, charges, and applicable interest; is received by Uniglo.

Restrictions Before Ownership Transfer

Until full ownership has legally transferred as outlined above, the client is not permitted to resell, assign, re-deliver, pledge, or otherwise encumber the product in any form, whether personally or to third parties.
