At Uniglo Jewels, we’re committed to delivering high-quality, ethically crafted fine jewelry with complete transparency. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) explain the rules that apply when you shop with us; online or otherwise.
By using our website or completing a purchase, you’re agreeing to these Terms and our Privacy & Cookie Policies. Please read them carefully. Should you have any concerns or need clarification, please contact our customer support team prior to placing your order.

We believe in clear, upfront pricing; no surprises. Each item on our website is accompanied by a detailed description, including product dimensions, material composition, and certification details wherever applicable.
- All prices are listed in Euros (€), and include VAT, shipping, and any applicable fees. What you see before checkout is what you pay.
- Jewellery may be available with or without certification, based on the item.
- We’d love to customise your jewellery to make it uniquely yours. Just let us know your preferences, and we’ll craft something special for you.
- In compliance with EU regulations (as of March/September 2024), we offer at least two delivery methods: home delivery and pickup at a nearby collection point. We provide multiple delivery choices so you can pick the method that aligns best with youravailability and convenience.
By selecting “Order & Pay,” you formally agree to a binding purchase contract with UnigloJewels.

Once you complete your order, you’ll receive an immediate confirmation email with all the important details, including:
- Order summary
- Estimated delivery date
- Instructions for exercising your right of withdrawal
- A link to these Terms
Our goal is to ensure that your purchase process is both seamless and safe. We currently accept:
- Major credit and debit cards
- PayPal
- Bank transfers
All payment options are clearly listed during checkout. If any additional transaction fees apply, you’ll be informed upfront; no hidden charges.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment must be completed within 14 calendar days from the confirmation email. Late payments may incur recovery charges and interest, as permitted under Belgian law. This may include a surcharge (e.g., 15% on amounts up to €2,500), depending on the product, timeline, and contractual terms.
You are entitled to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, should you wish to return the item for any reason.
To initiate a return or cancellation:
- Please complete our model withdrawal form (included in your confirmation email), or
- Simply reach out to our customer care team along with your order number and relevant information to begin the process.
For a return to be eligible for a refund, the item must meet the following conditions:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Have the original Uniglo tag securely attached
- Be returned with all accompanying packaging, documentation, and certificates
- Personalised jewellery is non-returnable, as it’s custom-made just for you. This includes items like name pendants, engraved bracelets, or pieces with special messages.Once confirmed, these orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
Please note:
- Shipping is free within the EU; for all other regions, standard shipping charges apply.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
- Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
- Items returned without the tag or in visibly worn/damaged condition may not qualify for a full refund
Important Note on Eternity Bands: Due to the continuous setting of stones along the band, resizing eternity rings is generally not possible. We strongly encourage customers to confirm their correct size before placing an order for any eternity band, as post-purchase size adjustments are not available for these designs.
If we have not provided proper withdrawal instructions at the time of purchase, your cancellation window may be extended up to 12 months, as outlined in EU consumer law.
All Uniglo Jewels come with a 2-year legal warranty covering manufacturing defects and non-conformities.
- If your jewelry develops an issue within this period, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost, provided you can show proof of purchase.
- Any additional warranties (like gemstone protection plans) will be clearly described on the product page and in your order documents.
We’re here to make it right; just reach out if something’s not perfect.
We recognize that prompt delivery is essential; particularly when your purchase marks a meaningful moment.
- At checkout, you’ll be able to select from at least two delivery options. For EU customers, we offer both home delivery and office pickup options, with deliveries typically handled by FedEx or Bpost. For customers outside the EU, shipping is available through reliable international delivery services, based on your location.
- Delivery estimates are shared before you confirm payment. If something changes, we’ll notify you right away.
- If the revised delivery schedule is not met in 15 days, you reserve the right to cancel your purchase and receive a complete refund.
We take responsibility for what’s ours; but we’re also honest about our limits.
- Our liability is limited to direct damages up to the total value of your purchase.
- Uniglo Jewels disclaims responsibility for any indirect or incidental losses, unless such outcomes result from intentional misconduct or gross negligence on our part.
- Events beyond our control (force majeure), such as natural disasters or transportation strikes, may affect delivery timelines or service availability.
We’re committed to safeguarding your personal information in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Your personal data is collected only to process your order, support customer service, and; if you opt in; to send you updates or offers.
- Our Cookie Policy explains what types of cookies we use, why we use them, and how you can control your preferences.
You’re always in control. You can update or withdraw your consent at any time by visiting the appropriate settings or contacting us.

All transactions are governed by Belgian law, with legal matters handled by the courts of Belgium unless otherwise agreed in writing.

- We may update them from time to time, and any changes will only apply to future purchases.
- Should any provision of these Terms be deemed legally void or unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall remain fully valid and applicable.
