The UNIGLO website is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, unless otherwise stated in Article 9 and 10 of these general terms and conditions.

Access & Use

To request a quote or interact with our services online, clients must identify themselves using the designated login method on the UNIGLO website. We are committed to securing all digital interactions and may update access procedures or security protocols as technology evolves to protect user data and platform integrity.

Password-Protected Areas

Some sections of the UNIGLO website require a password. Accessing these without authorization is strictly prohibited. Clients must:

  • Keep their password confidential;
  • Notify UNIGLO immediately if their password is compromised or obtained through a third party.

Any authenticated use of services following password entry will be considered as actions taken by the client. If there is any suspicion of security risks, UNIGLO reserves the right to reset or modify the client’s password.

Service Interruptions
  • Scheduled Maintenance: UNIGLO may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, improvements, or updates. If feasible, clients will be notified in advance.
  • Unexpected Interruptions: In cases of technical failure, urgent issues, or force majeure, access may be interrupted without prior notice. UNIGLO will aim to inform users of the cause, where possible, in accordance with Articles 9 and 10.
Reporting Issues

If clients face issues due to website unavailability or interruptions, they are encouraged to contact a UNIGLO representative directly; details can be found in Article 16 or via our official website.
